I would like to see
-better implementation of stamina. Not that you have to take a player change, but only high stamina players (85+) should be able to make 70m runs in the 85th minute and later. It should also be connected with and length of sprints a player did during the game. This would fix the pacers by nature.
-complete overhaul of the goalkeeper AI. You see a header, flying high and long towards your goal while you keeper literally stands on the line being unable to catch it. Sometimes goalkeepers run out of the box and then they suddenly decide not to shoot away the ball like they always do. Improve positioning of goalkeepers in nearly every situation (1on1, longshots, free kicks...)
-find a balance between power shots, finesse shots and slow shots (FIFA12 finesse was way op, FIFA13 near Post was op). FIFA14 had the best balance of the two just by having op headers. FIFA15 lacks of slow near post balance.
-improve player AI that they don't run into each other when it happens that they have to cross ways.
-tune down First Touch Control. It may be more realistic but more realism always means less skill needed because you can't force things to happen. In a game which also contains E-Sport, this is mandatory.
-better programming of hitboxes. In my opinion there would be much less raging moments if hitboxes of the players work properly. You conceide goals just because the leg and lower body of the opponent doesn't have any hitbox in that situation.
-implement a realisitic (or simply: better) physic engine. Not only for the ball, also for the players. A lot of tackles have to influence the stability of a player but they don't. For the ball I don't mean only longshots but also these slow shots from ~7m where the ball eiter goes directly left or right of the post, but he never hits them. Can't believe that all the situations are affected by physics the same way. Balls run out of the pitch because they don't get slower with time.
-make pulling the shirt stop if you don't push B. It is way to much AI and way to less control by the player. You want to stop pulling, but the palyer pulls for another 5m and you conceide a penalty.
-improve tacklings. I understand that balance is important for tacklings but this year it seems too important for me. Matic can run into Götze and Götze won't fall down. Players with high balance seem op in tacklings for me, they often get the ball even from behind while using protect the ball.
-make passing more accurate. Not only the direction but also the speed. In this section would also like to mention that there is a giant bar for passes and shots but you barely use half of it. One bar passes are too long for a player waiting 30m away or are 5m short and vice versa. You should be able to use the full bar for shots and passes at any distance without having a problem that the ball will go anywhere. A fully loaded 5m pass surely shouldn't be as optimal as a not fully loaded pass of course.
-and for fut gameplay: Make 100chem (9/10 player chem) equal to H2H gameplay. Punish bad chem, not reward good chem. Let them play at their supposed level (H2H) with full chem and not start with their supposed level and make them "better".
